Real-time behavioural data revealed hesitation at the final step—especially from mobile users and returning visitors—due to concerns around sizing and delivery. To tackle this, Black Tulip used FERO’s personalised checkout messaging with nudges like “True to size – check our fit guide” and “Easy returns.” For high-AOV buyers, value-focused messages and subtle urgency (“Selling fast in your size”) helped tip the balance.
The result? A 21.1% uplift in checkout conversions, simply by meeting customers where they are—reassuring them with the right message at the right moment.
